New Release! Streamline Your Supplier Compliance with Azzule

Azzule is excited to announce our next major update to the Azzule platform, the Compliance Grids’ “Table View” that’s designed to increase the platform’s productivity and intuitive design.

Our Compliance Grids were originally released in October 2018, and the invaluable feedback provided by the Azzule platform’s users was critical in developing this new release: “Table View.” We’d like to offer them our thanks! While the Compliance Grids were designed for a high-level executive overview of supplier compliance, the new “Table View” is geared toward the FDA’s QI (Qualified Individuals) and technical staff members who spend their day reviewing data and approving suppliers.

Users can still utilize all the features of the Compliance Grids: its convenient, color-coded, executive summaries and sales support, while the Table View also assists them with the more detailed tasks of sorting, conducting preliminary supplier approvals, and offering access to new features and tools to meet their specific needs.

To help make supplier review and approval easier, we added a new Supplier Overview! You can now view a specific supplier’s company info, supplier status, product status, and all data from their Compliance Grid and make approval decisions in the same place!

To streamline your approval processes, we added a new multi-select option! Conduct multiple supplier, product, and data approvals all at once.

To assist in tracking your suppliers’ compliance, we added new Supplier & Activity Status Overviews! See filterable counts of your supplier’s compliance status so that you and your team can more easily manage by exception and focus on suppliers or activities that require your immediate attention.

Here’s a summary of some of the features we’ve added or enhanced for you:

  • Customized table view by modifying columns and default filter settings per user
  • Quick review of the overall status of your suppliers and their activities
  • Connect, remove, review, and approve suppliers in one location
  • Send grid invitation/reminder notifications to one or multiple suppliers
  • Multi-select approval processes for activities’ review and supplier approval
  • Toggle between the Grid and Table view at anytime
